read more › Response-IT is the alternative to our pre-paid Consult-IT service with no contract or commitment and allows us to respond to Clients on a purely adhoc / as required basis. The service is split into two charging structures, desktop and server, and recognises the different skills required for different calls. Any request will consist of a response fee which includes the first hour on-site and the fee will be based on how fast you require the service (from as quickly as 2 hours through to a 3 day response).
