Mick reacted quickly when I spilt coffee on my laptop. Although the laptop could not be saved, Mick was able to salvage my hard drive. He sourced me a refurbished HP Probook, which I am extremely pleased with, and kindly transferred all my data onto the new device. I found Mick easy to deal with. extremely helpful and went over and above the call of duty to get me up and running on my business laptop again.
