5 stars, couldn't be happier. Put in a call as an SOS when my computer died, Jay really quickly arranged to look at it, diagnosed the issue and what it needed to fix. I found Jay on local search, he got back to me almost immediately, arranged a time to drop off laptop, by.the time I arrived home he contacted me with the problems and recommended solutions all for reasonable prices. I gave the go ahead and the laptop was picked up the next day much much better than when it was new.
