My desk top was taken over by a virus, I phoned Gadget Clinic. They invited me to take it in for a diagnostic check. I did this straight away. Was received helpfully (I am elderly and not tech savey!). Two hours later they phoned and I collected a repaired computer, paid 35! Very happy, and reassured to have them nearby!

Daughter snapped end off her charging port and was stuck in her IPhone. Used Gadget Clinic twice before and so no hesitation as both times excellent, speedy repair at great price. This time dealt with Ashish who was very knowledgeable, explained possible things that could be wrong before repair but was confident no damage had occurred as was correct and very quickly repaired whilst I waited brilliant customer service and extremely reasonable pricing, highly recommended

Staff were extremely helpful throughout. They gave advice to a non techie on sending my phone and kept me updated from start to finish. As well as the insurance work they even changed the screen protector because they noticed it was cracked. Returned within 5 days of my posting it. Excellent service!

Fantastic service! I gave my laptop and Tablet to replace screen. They quote the price and was able to deliver as promised. Very much happy with the service and the staff were very helpful and able to answer all questions. Also they have online ticket which you can use to track through the link provided. Once the laptop and tablet are ready to collect they will message you and also call you. Highly recommendable for the professional work and extra ordinary service!

I had a phone repaired which didn't last long on first attempt so I contacted them and they were absolutely fine with re-doing the repair and didn't charge extra or anything. I know that's what companies SHOULD do but not all of them actually do it or they make it difficult!! These guys were great!

I had water damage on my 2010 APPLE MBP laptop, they replaced it for a new one for 80. I was going to go to the Authorised Apple shop up the road but due to lock down they where shut. Gadget was not only open, they where very welcoming, clean, professional and pretty reasonable in price.

Really impressive business. Was expecting your standard phone repair shop experience, but got so much more. Great customer service. Woman who dealt with me really knew her job as well as being smiley and polite. Very Covid friendly, with easy to use sign in on iPad.
Very honest, as was given all info needed to decide on what service I used.

I took my iphone 6s in as the battery keeps losing its charge. The chap was very helpful and infact suggested I replace the battery. He was able to do it immediately and I thought reasonably - 25. He gave me additionally information to extend the life of the battery. Very polite and efficient! I would recommend them.

My husband went into the shop yesterday. His Iphone SE had stopped charging. He had spoken to a couple of mobile repair companies who said the charging port needed replacing, and was quoted some high prices.

He went to Gadget Clinic who fixed the problem in under a minute. He was told that the charging port was ok and just needed a clean.

He asked how much he should pay, but was told that as there was no fault, it was on the house.

He does wonder how many other companies would have done the same.

He also has no hesitation in recommending anyone to visit the shop.

Took my iPhone 6S here to get the LCD screen repaired after smashing it. The staff/owners are friendly and had the phone fixed after only an hour.

The only reason for a 4 rather than 5 star review is that the cost was 70 whilst their website advertises it at 60 (they say they are updating this) and also the parking is a bit tricky round there due to the location.

I failed at replacing my iPad 2 screen myself (causing more damage internally in the process)..they not only re-used the parts I had privately purchased but were also kind enough to knock them off their fix price.
