We contacted James after our laptop would not start and he was very happy for us to call in that afternoon. James was extremely helpful and rang me the next day to explain the problem and what work needed to be carried out. We agreed on some additional work to further enhance the life of my laptop and was very pleased to get a call the following day to say it was ready to collect. Quick and excellent work covering the diagnostic and subsequent repair work carried out, even though we were aware that James was very busy. Would highly recommend James for his very professional service, customer communications and excellent value for money.

This place was not only the fastest to reply but could see me the same day. They checked the issue with the laptop & rang me the next morning with a simple solution that didnt cost anything!
